OUR NORMAL SERVICE CALL AREA WE COVER IS: Connecticut & PORTIONS of West Chester, County NY. ***Reasonable Driving Distances***
TRAVEL FEES: We charge a reasonable Travel/Diagnosis fee (per new invoice) before applying labor and parts charges. This fee varies by where you are located in driving distance from West Redding, CT. This is discussed with customer when setting-up a on-site appointment.
CURRENT LABOR RATES: In addition to road service call travel fee, we charge an hourly rate of $85.00/hr. with a 1-1/2 hr. minimum, plus parts charges (If any)..Labor rate is a standard rate for both road & shop services.
NOTE: PAYMENTS ARE DUE UPON SERVICES RENDERED.
APPOINTMENT SCHEDULING On-site repair/refurbishment appointments are available as current scheduling allows. We do prefer morning times for road service appointments. WEEKDAY & SATURDAY MORNING APPOINTMENTS CAN BE ARRANGED. Around major holiday times our service appointment slots do fill up fast!
On-site repair times vary by what work is involved and the amount of labor time it takes to completely repair the problems found. This greatly varies by the game in question.
Due to age and NEGLECT often found from not properly maintaining these devices over time. When discussing your repair if we feel the device just cannot be repaired properly or in a timely fashion on-site. We will suggest having it dropped off for in-shop work to be properly & throughly performed

Home Arcade Repair Services does strive for 100% customer staisfaction! We offer a 30-day limited warranty that varies by the device type & either "road/house call" or "in shop" service appointments. Recent completed customer repair work can view & print there own copy of this Limited Warranty Service for their records. Potential customers are also welcome & encouraged to view our Limited Warranty policy as well.
We bring with us what COMMON replacement parts we traditionally have or keep on hand to correctly service your machine on-site. We judge
this by the phone conversation or email communication about your machine (or
machines) and, its problems when setting up the service call appointment.
Please
realize though, because of the diverse types & generations of games we do service on. It is simply impossible to carry EVERY type of part imaginable on a
service call. There may be a situation where we have to obtain a part(s) and
have to schedule a return visit. Mind you, this is not always the case
though.
