This classic Asteroids game has had all of its internal circuit boards properly refurbished (vector monitor, audio/regulator power supply board & transformer assembly) for many more years of reliability and enjoyment, performed to our strict standards, which is mandatory for machines of this era, and is often overlooked by other sellers. Game is currently set on free play, though coin operation is still possible for this game if wanting it to operate on quarters. Both original control panels have fully intact paint and pushbutton lettering, along with 2 NEW sets of pushbuttons installed! FULL ground up restored versions of this game currently retail for upwards of $2000.00+
Volume control is retrofitted onto the player 1 control panel for ease of adjusting volume settings. This game also has four-(4) working wheeled casters retrofitted on it for ease of moving the machine if & when desired. (The two fore mentioned modifications were done prior to the machine coming into our possession.)
This cabinet is perfect for that small area in your game room or family room where space may be a problem. Game cabinet height is also adjustable to a variety of customer supplied chair height sizes.
Cabinet is in very decent original condition with minor scuffs & scrapes typical for a machine of this era. The top glass is original with all artwork intact as well as VERY minimal/minor scratches (does not affect game play) also typical for a machine of the era.
GROUND FLOOR-LOCAL AREA DELIVERY ONLY! A Delivery fee will be applied based on distance. You can also opt to pick-up the machine in person as a cost saving option. Game can fit in any pick-up truck down to smaller type station wagon or mini-vans.
